Our Policy is to provide the training, direction and support to ensure that:

Our staff have the tools and training to do their job safely and feel able to contribute their views and suggestions on health & safety to their immediate, or if need be, to senior management.

All health & safety risks are understood, evaluated and mitigated by adopting best practice in
all of our work procedures.

We ensure that our health & safety performance is regularly monitored, reviewed and communicated.

We insist that action is taken on all that we learn to continually improve our health &
safety procedures and performance throughout the organisation.

Each businesses unit within the group will communicate to all staff their own
health and safety policy statement that reflects this group policy and
           describes the proceedures in place to ensure compliance with applicable
           legislation, the group’s and our customers’ health & safety requirements.

We consistantly remind all staff that they have a personal responsibility for
their own health & safety and that of other people who could be affected
           by their work.

All staff must adhere to safe working practices and cooperate fully with their managers
on any matter relating to health & safety.

Health & safety policy is reviewed annually.

We undersatnd our responsibility for the wellbeing of our employees and others who might be affected by our work. Health and safety awareness forms a critical part of our training and processes, as can be seen from our record of 25 years without a single H&S incident.
